Fresh Coast Kitchen is an independent concept, created by a group of individuals with a passion for food and a passion for giving great service. Fresh Coast is comprised of family and friends. All ownership has been impacted by living in West Michigan, some for all their lives. The Fresh Coast Family is knowledgeable and experienced in the food industry, where we have fined tuned our processes to produce consistent product and timely service with the customer in mind, all while looking for the best sources of Michigan product, and purchasing from as many of these sources as possible. Fresh Coast Kitchen is made up of people who want you to enjoy each meal and taste the trueness of our passion for quality food and see our desire to create a great experience.

Fresh Coast was created because we wanted to take our strengths and ambitions from idle hopes or distant dreams and make them a reality. We wanted to be with family and friends in a venture to create a product that is unique and full of quality, while serving customers in an extremely inviting atmosphere. We also wanted West Michigan to have something we felt was lacking, which is a quick service restaurant with real food, fresh ingredients and friendly atmosphere. Fresh Coast was named after our amazing fresh coastline that is so unique not just in the U.S., but in the whole world!
